Description of objectThe apartment 'Alegria' lies in a newly built urbanisation, close to nature reservation 'Sapal' and with a view to the close sea. The friendly landlords arrange a family atmosphere for each guest. Children are very welcome.
'Alegria' has a combined lounge/dining-room, with kitchen, equipped with dishwasher. There is a bedroom with one double bed, and a bed in a separate sleeping niche. The bath is very large and has an external window. To the apartments belongs a private terrace with furnitures and sunbeds and direct access to the pool. Nonsmoker.
Location of objectThe eastern Algarve is still unaffected by the mass tourism. Most of the beaches are still unspoilt. Children enjoy the friendliness of the Algarvios. All our holidays objects are situatet between Altura and Monte Gordo, about 600 m to 6 km away from the unspoilt beaches. Seven golf courses are in direkt proximitiy.
Town: Portugal, Ostalgarve, Castro MarimBecause there are hardly settlements around the house, so you have lovely views to the countryside and on the protected area “Sapal”.
The next purchase possibilities are in São Bartolomeu (1km) for rolls and groceries, Mini-Market, restaurant; Altura (apporx 5 km) with local indoor market, Ecomarché, Loja Fresca, newspapers and restaurants; Castro Marim, local indoor market, Mini-Mercados, post office, pharmacy, Centro de Saude; Monte Gordo ( 6km) with shopping zone, street traders, restaurants, bars and casino or Vila Real de St. António (8km) Lidl, “towel mile”, etc.
From here you can make a trip also with the ferry boat over the Guadiana river to the Spanish town Ayamonte and enjoy a Siesta with wine and Tapas.
