Description of objectLight compact living apartment, ocean view, 1:st floor in a complex built in 1985, 50 m from the beach. Reception on ground floor (speaking French, English & other languages). Private pool in the area, 24h surveillance. Several elevators, private entrance for strollers and wheel chairs. 1 small bedroom with 2 beds that can be made into a double bed. Kitchen that opens up to the living room, fully equipped with coffeemaker, kettle, microwave oven, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. Kitchen table for 4-5 persons, cable TV, DVD, telephone, 2+1 extra bed. Living room has wall to wall ceiling to floor windows with sliding glass doors towards the terrace. The terrace has a roof and infrared heating with a nice view over the pool, the park and part of the ocean. Pillows and duvets for 5 people. Bed linens and towels are provided by Maria for 10E/person and set. Bathroom with tub and shower. Portable air conditioner, heaters and fan. Internet access with our ”Orange-modem”, 14,99Euro/week. Also wireless internet access at the bar closest to the pool. Garage space can be organized by using landlords private garage card at NO COST. However space can be limited during the summer period. Our private car can be rented (Peugeot 206, AC, automatic) at approximately 50% of a normal rental car. 2 minute walk to restaurants, market, bank, post office, grocery stores etc. Laundromat is available about 50 m from the apartment. ONLY WEEKLY RENTALS or longer stays. Good discount for longer stays and early bookings.. Cleaning is included but you are expected to leave the apartment in an orderly manner and to take good care of the apartment. Deposition required upon arrival is 150 Euro. Maria is our representative that will handle your check in, give you the keys, take care of the deposit. She will also manage the check out and return the deposition after making sure that everything is all right in the apartment.
