Description of objectThere is a living room with kitchenette, large window-door to the terrasse and garden with great view towards the sea and Calvi.In this room there is a sofa which can make a bed for 1 person. Bed für 4th person possible. One bedroom with two beds 90 cm x 2 m. Cot and highchair for child. Totally 50 m2. Shower room, 2 WC's. Bosch washing machine, frigo, freezing compartment,dish-washer, microwave,oven, internet connection. Weber-Barbecue outside. Parking in the garden. Location of objectThe house is situated in a garden of 2000 m2, beside of the old village of Lumio, totally quiet day and night.The ports of Calvi and Ile Rousse (both at 12 km) and Bastia (110 km) are linked daily with Savona, Livorno and Nizza by ferryboats. The international airport of Calvi (Ste.Catherine) is another possibility to reach us. Airport Bastia 100 km. Town: France, Calvi, Calvi-LumioLumio is a village full of character, set in a privileged, perched position on the hillside with truly outstanding views out over the bay, towards Calvi Citadel. Below the village, just a short drive away (3 km) are a number of delightful unspoilt beaches of silver sand. Even at the height of summer it is not difficult to find a quiet little cove.From Lumio, an easy walk leads in 45 minutes to the deserted village of Occi above the village with a view until the Cap Corse.
