Description of objectOur apartment is situated in a beautiful tranquil community Alarife, next to a shopping area with restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a play ground for the children, a garding centre.It has fantastic sea, garden and swimming pool views. 3 bedrooms (one - with a double bed, and the other 2 bedrooms with twin-beds), There are beautiful sea views from the lounge, the 2 bedrooms, the terrace and from the very spacious solarium terrace. There are security gates for the garden and the swimming pool areas. The apartment is very nicely furnished & decorated. It is bright and VERY SPACIOUS! There is Sky TV, DVD, Audio system & Radio, fire place, a barbecue on the south-facing sunny terrace, fully fitted kitchen - electric kettle, microwave, electric oven, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, toaster, washing machine. There is an ample communal parking just near the entrance door so you dont need to walk far with your shopping. There is a large mature communal garden with 2 swimming pools fully equipped to meet the latest European standards. Location of objectOur Penthouse (top floor) apartment is situated in a minute walk from the nearest amenities. The nearest golf course is La Siesta, about 5-6 minutes walk. In 5 minutes drive, there are many more golf courses (Miraflores, CaboPino, Artola, La Cala, Mijas, Greenlife & Santa Maria (Elviria), La Noria Golf & Resort (La Cala) etc. In the vicinity of the apartment there are also tennis courts, gyms, a spa centre.The Beach is about 20 min walk down through beautiful quiet streets with flowers and mostly villas & townhouses. At a short drive there are two mini-golf courses, the aquaparks Mijas & Torremolinos, Funny beach - Marbella with variety of watersports offered, the small and pretty port of Cabo pino, horse riding, bowling, fresh water fishing, mountaineering, free climbing, trekking, archery, clay pigeon and skeet shooting, cycling, moto-cross, quads and go carting, and so on, in addition to a wide array of indoor sports. Town: Spain, Costa del Sol, Calahonda, Mijas CostaCalahonda is a beautiful holiday town with many villas and houses and not many tall buildings. It is just a few minutes drive to the exclusive beaches of Elviria and CaboPino and Marbella.Calahonda is situated on the Mediterranean coast. It's hilly and it has fantastic sea views. It has play grounds for the chilren and little parks. One can say that Costa del Sol has one of the best weather conditions in Europe - over 300 sunny days a year and a mild and warm Mediterranean climate at an average temperature of 22ºC. The day temperatures even in January are no less than 15oC. The ocean temperatures range from 15 to 16ºC during the winter and rise to about 20-23ºC in the summer months. During the winter, Costa del Sol offers its visitors the unique opportunity of sunbathing and within two hours, the luxury of skiing on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada (Granada), the southernmost ski resort in continental Europe. The best beaches, hidden coves, the highest concentration of marinas in Spain as well as reefs that satisfy both divers and fishermen can be found along the coast. The nearest naturist beach is situated near Cabo Pino. The life on the coast is more than just a beach.
