The apartment is situated in the peaceful surroundings of La Joya urbanization on a private plot with an attractive, well-kept garden. Both community pools (one for kids) may be used by renters. The two beautiful beaches of Cala Leña and Cala Nova are easily reached on foot in a few minutes. It’s a pleasant place for relaxing holidays in a select environment. There are also two tennis courts, a bar, restaurant and a supermarket within 5 minutes walk of the apartment.
