A few steps from main bus lines,it is in a perfect position to reach main points of touristic and historical interest,beautiful beaches, just a few minutes from the long beach Poetto.Around you can find a lot of charateristics shops, outdoor restaurants and the main shopping streets. The flat consist of a bedroom for 2 persons,Kitchen,lounge and dining area with the possibility of accomodating two extra persons in a double folding bed.The apartment has conditioning air, washing machine,hairdryer,iron,microwave,linen and towels for each person, Wi-Fi.We rent for short periodsand prices vary according to the season:My/June 60 Euro pro day for 2 persons July/September 70 Euros per day for 2 persons August 80 Euro per day for 2 persons Each additional person pay an extra import of 20 Euro.50 Euro are required for final cleaning,no other costs.
