Description of objectThe holiday house A'Nica is on two levels: On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, computer, internet facilities, television and DVD, a dining room/kitchen with crockery, toaster, kettle and linen.
Upstairs, there is one double bedroom and a bathroom equipped with shower, bidet and hairdryer. The furnishings are typical with some antiques, independent air conditioning, heating, refrigerator, iron and ironing board.
It has been recently renovated and the original stone and clay stone walls make it a romantic holiday home.
Outside – a private courtyard with barbecue, umbrella, table, chairs and private parking. Every detail has been carefully designed to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. The apartment is very bright and can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
Location of objectWith short excursions you can admire the remains of civilization that successive times (Sicani, Loudspeakers, Greeks, Carthaginians, Romans, Arabs, Normans, etc.) have left indelible traces in our territory.
Some interesting Historical-archaeological excursions and landscape can be made to the following sites: Selinunte, Segesta, Erice, Mozia, the salt pans, Marsala, Mazara del Vallo, Castellammare del Golfo, San Vito Lo Capo and the nature reserve Zingaro. If you enjoy islands Favignana and the Egadi Islands are close by.
