Couple of minutes walking distance from the sea and famous Slovenska Plaza beach, comfortably furnished new apartment ideal for vacation. Situated on the 1st floor with a breathtaking palm tree leaning over the terrace. Nice kitchen area, lovely bathroom with washing machine and entrance hall with wardrobe are new. Parking area is situated in the back side of the
building.

A walk from the apartment, along the promenade of the famous Slovenska Plaza beach takes you to the Old Town Budva, the most popular spot for lively night life, numerous cafes, various restaurants, bars, boutiques.
There are numbers of sandy beaches in the town within walk distance from the apartment: Mogren 1 and Mogren 2, Richard\'s Head, Pizana, others.
Number of unique beaches on the Island St. Nikola are reachable by boat
transfers from Budva promenade. Jaz, Ploce and Trsteno are unavoidable beaches to experience, easy to access by car/bus/taxi or boat.
The apartment\'s location is perfect, surrounded with restaurants, convenience
stores and all-night grills. Mega supermarkets are couple of minutes distance from the apartment.
