Description of objectThe “Belvedere”, which has hosted an elegant hotel for years, runs back to the beginning of the 20th Century. The recent restructuring has renewed the fascinating exclusivity and prestige of a building which dominates a marvellous view on the Lake Maggiore from the hill of Brezzo di Bedero, one of the most charming sites of the Lake Maggiore, well-known for its natural landscape and for the Collegiata, the Church of San Vittore, considered a jewel of the Roman-style.The elegant attic features a refined finishing, carefully selected to respect the elegance of interiors. Some details, such as decorative plasterworks (stuccoes) and boiseries along the central staircase or the mirror-panelled lift, as well as marble floors, recall the Belle Epoque\\\'s atmosphere. The flat is equipped with domotic electric systems, cable wireless, insulated rooms, armoured doors, telephone and TV outlets, fully autonomous fittings. The looking out to a breathtaking panorama terrace offers pleasant moments of relax. Private parking and cellar are available. The architectural harmony of the “Belvedere” mirrors itself in the water of the glamour pool which faces the Lake Maggiore and is the most valuable characteristics of the Residence. Location of objectA couple of steps separates the spacious living room, where you find TV set and an angular coach with pulling-out system for getting an additional bed, from the dining room, where you can find the kitchen unit. There are two bathrooms: one has a shower whereas the other one, the main bath room next to the bedroom, has a tub.The terrace facing the Lake runs along the whole length of the apartment.
