Description of objectWe offer you a comfortable apartment for 5 people. A Baby bed can be set up if required. Of course you may bring along your pet.Our holiday apartment comprises a large living space, a small kitchen reached through a round archway, a double room, a room with 3 beds, bathroom and a small hall. The apartment has a south terrace with table and bench made of wood. The floors are tiled in all rooms. The windows and the terrace door are fitted with shutters. In the house you will find a cellar for ski equipment or bikes. There is a reserved space for your car. Location of objectOur apartment is situated in an apartment complex (Rechenstr. 44) on a sunny south slope near the edge of the village, directly by the forrest. It is idealy situated for taking the dog for a walk. Only a short distance away are the hiking trails to the Rißloch falls and the Arber mountain.The village center is a 15 minute walk away including casino and spa gardens. The way back takes a little longer as the apartment is in an elevated location. Disabled people might prefer to use the car. Town: Germany, Bayerischer Wald, BodenmaisBodenmais is a healthy climate therapeutical resort. In addition to the usual cure facilities there is the Mine-Therapy (underground-climate-treatment). For the enjoyment in winter you'll find well-kept ski runs and cross-country trails, toboggan runs, curling, winter hiking and tours in horse-drawn sleighs. In the times free of snow marked hiking trails invite you to discover the lovely surroundings. A surcharge of 7,50 ¤ will be made daily for any further occupancy.Pet 10 ¤ per stay. Health resort taxes must be paid in addition. In the moment they are for adults 1,80 ¤, for children up to 16 years 0,90 ¤ daily, children up to 6 years are free. There will be no further costs. Water, electricity and heating are also included as bed linen, bath towels and tea towels (once). The charges include the final cleaning as well. |
