Description of objectThe 120 sqm large and very comfortably equipped holiday home has a separate entrance and a separate terrace, so that you can spend undisturbed holidays.The holiday apartment for max. 6 persons has 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with single beds), 2 beautiful bathrooms, a kitchen with every comfort, a very large and cosy living / dining room area and a open naya (terrace) with sea view. The holiday apartment has a direct access to the 10 x 5 m pool and pool terrace as well as to the barbeque-house. The large rooms have a favorable layout and have gas central heating (important for winter vacationers). You have a fantastic sea view from the holiday home and terrace as well from the 10 x 5 m large pool, too. The view over the lighted houses of Benissa and Moraira by night is amazing. The owners are living in the upper part of the villa and we are always helpful if there are questions and by request they give tips to the varied excursion possibilities, shopping- and restaurants. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. But there are many beautiful places in the garden at your disposal. There is a room with washing machine outside a place for drying the laundry. Entertainment: TV, radio-CD-player, DVD-player, ADSL internet connection, books, CDs, DVDs, games. Living: Very large and cosy living / dining room with suite, wall unit, large 16:9 TV, radio-CD-player, DVD-player, ADSL-internet access, big dining table with 8 chairs and sideboard. During the cooler season you can dine at the large table in the dining room. During the summer time the most beautiful place for a relaxing meal is the barbeque-house, which is situated directly next to the pool. Bedrooms: The holiday home has 4 very beautiful, individual and tastefully equipped bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double-beds and two bedrooms, each with two single beds. Each bedroom with built-in cupboard. Kitchen: The complete equipped kitchen is outfitted with all necessary units: ceramic stove top, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, sandwich maker, waffle iron, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. Bathrooms: Two large, spotlessly clean and totally tiled bathrooms with washbasin, shower and toilet. Terrace: Open and roofed over terrace (naya) with table and chairs and a wonderful view to the sea and surrounding area. Here you can relax totally, read a book or quite simply enjoy the fantastic view. Outside: The villa has three levels – two large apartments with separate entrances and the ground floor with store rooms – several terraces, a 5 x 10 m large pool, a broad pool terrace and a barbeque-house. The villa is surrounded by a mediterranean garden with many native plants, palm trees, hibiscus, oleander, fruit trees and lots of flowering plants. Pool with pool terrace and barbeque-house are situated at the ground level of the house. There is a kitchen inside the barbeque-house with gas-hob, refrigerator, dish washer, charcoal grill, bar and table with seats. The large pool terrace is equipped with comfortable sunloungers and big sunshades. There is a shower outside next ot the barbeque-house at the pool. On the same level is a bathroom with toilet and the central heating room, in which is the washing machine. There is a very lovely seat on the projection of the pool terrace, from which you have a indescribable sea view and view of the green valley. There are more beautiful places in the mediterranean garden, which encourage a chilled and relaxing atmosphere. Location of objectThe luxurious and well-maintained “Villa Pegasus” is situated between the green hills of Moraira / Benissa in the quiet residential area Montemar, in which many owners are living year-round. The nearby Sierra Bernia is a marvellous area for hiking and is characterised by good and cosy little restaurants. Moraira Moraira go by the name of „green zone“ and will be described as paradise of the Costa Blanca. Also Moraira is said to be the most exclusive place of the Costa Blanca. There are many natural beaches, sandy beaches and little bays. The landscape is shaped mainly by winegrowing. The original little fishing village has kept his original character in spite of the raised population figure. Also today the fishermen are shipping out to see and sell by auction their goods on the traditional fishmarket. It has to be pointed out that Moraira attach great importance to environment protection and cleanliness. By its joining to the Carta from Aalborg within the scope of agenda 21 the community commit to work out a future-oriented ecological-development plan. These includes among others responsible waste disposal, conservation, protection and regeneration of valueable nature areas, economic utilisation of natural resources, etc. The beaches of Moraira were awarded with the “blue flag” by the EU for environment.
