Description of objectThe luxury penthouse apartments at Colina del Paraíso are built and furnished to the highest standards, with marble floors, air-conditioning and heating.The penthouses are beautifully decorated in a modern Mediterranean style. A private gated entrance brings you to the main front door and once you enter you find a very ample hallway with generous built in wardrobe and storage space. The beautiful and spacious living and dining area with its feature fireplace is a perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying life. From the living room you can access the impressive covered terrace, ideal venue to enjoy outdoor dining. The excellent kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standards with Siemens integrated microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a separate utility room. The impressive, tastefully furnished master bedroom with its ample built-in wardrobe space, also benefits from a fabulous en-suite bathroom with a separate shower, spa bath and double wash basins. The master bedroom also has the option of a double or twin beds, when you make your reservation please let us know which you require. The comfortable second bedroom is also nicely furnished with twin beds and built in wardrobes. The third twin bedroom, again with built in wardrobes, has its own en-suite shower room.
