There are 10 apartments of which 2 are rented out as self-catering holiday apartments. These are all luxury apartments, modern and stylishly furnished, quality material and high-tech amenities, satellite TV, DVD, wireless internet, open fireplace, independent entrance and private garage.
The apartment lay-out is on two floors and accommodates up to 5 persons.
- On the first floor is a spacious and bright living room, comfortable couches, fully equipped kitchen, first bathroom with shower and balcony with outdoor table.
- On the garden level are the two bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two singe beds or bunk beds. An extra single bed is available. Second bathroom with bathtub. Storage room with washing machine.
Each apartment has a private little garden and balcony with outdoor table and deckchairs. Relax, sit back and enjoy the incredible view on Lago di Como. La Dolce Vita!
Location of objectAt only 6 km is Varenna, the most characteristic town of Lake Como and part of the golden triangle (Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio). Many watersport possibilities at the lake but also outdoor sports (trekking, mountain biking, skiing) are offered in the nearby Dolomites mountains.
