The apartments are situated in a quiet residential area but easily accessible to local amenities. Fully furnished and air conditioned and benefiting from all brand new mod cons. A great family holiday spot and particularly child friendly.
Please note: the prices are minimum prices. Ask a quote for an apartment you wish. We will send you detailed pictures .We have apartments with panoramic sea views and with mountain views. Some apartments have optional private parking place. We can offer you on request wireless 3G internet (surcharged). We also rent out baby kots and high chairs. English and Russian speaking management on the premises. We are offering discounts with long term renting or the rent of multiple apartments. To reserve an apartment we ask a deposit of 30% by bank transfer or paypal(+4%)The rest of the amount can be paid cash on arrival. After receiving the deposit we will send you a voucher which can be used for visa purposes. There is a local tourism tax of 1 euro/adult/day which has to be paid on arrival. We will take care of your tourist registration.Furthermore we can take care of your transfer or rent a car. P.S. The apartments are ideal for wedding party groups or big conference and incentive groups. We have access to 50 apartments and we can accommodate til 200 persons.

Location of object

There is a luxury spa, a tennis court and a children’s day care centre situated in the nearby hotel Splendid, which can be booked by guests of the apartment. Baby sitter service is available.Within easy reach of the apartments you will find supermarkets and at the beach are several restaurants. Ask us for some restaurant recommendations. Good food for reasonable prices, thats Montenegro. 2 banks with ATM only 10 minutes away
It is possible to explore without a car. There are local buses that will take you along the coast to beaches such as Kamenovo, Milocer or Petrovac,an old fishing village. Alternatively you could walk into Budva a medieval walled town{4km} or take a bus. From the main bus station in Budva you can get{cheap} buses to places such as Kotor fjord which is a MUST VISIT , Podgorica, or Cetinji the old hill-top capital.There are several beaches further south at Sutomore and Ulcinj{12 km of soft sandy beach.}

You can book excursions via Adriatic Express or there are various locals
organising boat trips or visits to Dubrovnik or Tara canyon or the hauntingly beautiful Skadar Lake.

Montenegro enjoys a sunny climate with mild winters. It is a very mountainous country with spectacular scenery and a dramatic coastline. The mountainous interior has many quiet lakes where one might take a picnic or enjoy a calm fishing trip.

There are numerous beaches with calm waters safe for bathing to visit as well as opportunities to explore the medieval towns inland.

Budva is the hub of this part of the Riviera with its restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets.It is the perfect place for an evening stroll along the cobbled streets, maybe stopping at one of the many bars with outside terraces. Alternatively one might take a wander along the waterfront to watch the spectacular sunsets over the bay.
