Description of objectThe cottage object consists of 2 neighboring houses. On 1st floor there are kitchen/dining room for 6 persons,2 double bedrooms, satellite TV,bathroom with wash, shower, WC. The attic has 3 single beds,bathroom with shower and WC. All rooms facing the sea have a balcony.
Location of objectThe house is located on a hill overlooking the old town with beautiful views of city and sea. The bus stop and shopping possibilities are about 200m, the Albena resort 10km, Golden Sands 20km away. In 15 to 20 minutes from the sandy beach of Balchik.
Town: Bulgaria, Albena-Balchik, BalchikBalchik, „The White City by the sea”, is connected with the holiday complex Albena by a waterfront promenade, inviting to a longer walk or bike riding. There is also a small train between both resorts. Balchik with the romantic Old Town, is likely to be entitled Monaco on the Black Sea in the near future. Impressing is the new marina with Marina City complex. Inspired by the beauty of the region around Balchik, the Romanian Queen Maria built shortly after the First World War their summer residence, in which area there is a botanical garden, one of the largest in Europe, which attracts tourists from all over the world. Approximately 30km away north of Balchik, lies Kaliakra Cape – a tourist magnet, a must for every tourist, visiting Bulgaria. 70m high red golden rocks extend into the sea inside. Balchik, formerly Dionisopolis, is one of the three oldest cities in Bulgaria. With its historic environment and many routes for excursions in the region Balchik is a holiday worth destination.

Additional InformationYou can rent our holiday apartment from beginning of May till the end of October. The rent price amounts per person and day to 12 to 15 euros according to season, duration and the rented rooms. Children till 12 years receive a discount after arrangement. In the rent price are included electric, water, toilet laundry and bedclothes as well as a small cot. Please, contact us for an individual offer. We would like to form your stay in our house so pleasantly as possible. We speak German, English and Bulgarian.
