Rental Price50 Euro per object per dayDescription of objectThis is a new penthouse - duplex Apartment, on two levels with spacious living room 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with stunning 360° sea & mountain views in the urbanisation 'Terrazas de la Bahia', near Estepona. This property is situated in well-kept gardens with 2 community pool areas, each with adults pool, children´s pool and several sunloungers. The penthouse has 3 terraces in total, plus a further roof terrace/ solarium on the top with spectacular 360° views on the Mediterrian and the coastline. There is air conditioning throughout for heating and cooling. On the entrance level you will find the spacious and bright living room with separate dining area for up to 6 people and comfortable lounge area. When you seat on the dining table or on the sofa, you overlook the Mediterrian sea. From living room you have direct access to the main terrace with extendable sunblinds, large dining table with 6 chairs and BBQ. From here you can overlook not only the main community pool, but also the surrounding landscapes and coastline. On the entrance level is also the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and the first bedroom with its own bathroom. So you enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation is only 14km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel; from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It’s not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vitally Estepona is in 8 min. accessible. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 min. by car drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus in 20min. It is a 10 minute stroll to the sandy beach.Town: Spain, Costa del Sol, Bahia de CasaresSabinillas is in the next village, just 4km. far away from the urbanisation.
