Description of object

The Apartment site is located in the seaside resort Avsallar, about 20km from Alanya,occupied by retired Germans, Danes, Swedes, Belgians, Dutchmen and Englishmen. It is one of the finest residences in Avsallar, with security and a gardener.

Located at approx. 5 minutes walk from the charming centre of Avsallar and at 15 minutes walk from the beach.

The apartment lies on the first floor, has a 90m2 surface and has 3 balconies (25m2): 1 balcony with view of the inner court pool (swimming pool 200m2, children's pool and jacuzzi: open as per 10/05), the other one with view of the surroundings.
Living area with fully fitted American kitchen with dish washer, fridge, oven, gas stove, water cooker, LCD satellite TV (English, Dutch, German and French channels).
Windows with stores and window awnings + air-conditioning.
Bedroom 1 with double bed,cupboard and glass case, also air-conditioned.

Avsallar is a holiday resort with fine sandy beaches. The many hotel complexes stimulated the region's development and resulted in a variety of shops and restaurants. But next to that, there are still nice green areas and woods with charming picnic places to enjoy nature.

Avsallar has excellent transport facilities tot Alanya and Antaly, where the airport is located, since the main coastal road runs right through the centre.

The Alara River runs trough Avsallar, at one of the banks lays one of Turkeys best kept Caravanserai: Alarahan, dating back from the 13th century.

The Apartment includes a supermarket (Genpa). The centre lies at 5 minutes walk, you can have dinner at one of the charming outdoor cafés.
Banks, post office, doctor, pharmacy, etc.
Sun beds on the beach available at the charge of €2/day.

Parasailing, jetski, banana, boot trips, jeep safari, rafting, tourist attractions such as Alarahan, Alanya castle, Side, Aspendos, Manavgat waterfalls, Duden, Kursunlu, Dimcay, rent a car etc..
