An excellent 100m2 (or 1076ft2) apartment on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a nice and very safe area. Can accommodate up to 8 people, couples or singles, because you can choose if you want single or double beds. 1st bedroom: double bed. 2nd bedroom: Queen size bed or 2 single beds 3rd bedroom: queen size bed or 2 single beds. Double sofa/bed on the living room. The quality of the apartment is high. 4 new air-condition which you can use during winter or summer to enjoy the temperature that you want. Central heating, Wi-fi internet, TV & DVD, Fully equipped kitchen, Washing /drying machine, Dishwasher, Double glaze windows, Hair dryer, Iron, And more… I am always here to welcome you, explain you everything about the apartment, give you useful maps about Athens and answer all your questions. But I will not stop there. If you have any question during your stay, I am living in the same building so you can easy find me and ask me whatever you need. Also you will have your privacy since I live on different floor than you. Location of objectThe area is very safe, excellent transportation system (metro & Bus), all the shops are next to you.There is bus stop 50 meters away (less than a minute) and metro station 8 minutes walk from the apartment. If you do not like walking you can combine bus and metro. Metro: Syntagma metro station (city center) is 4 metro stations away from the apartment. Acropolis, Plaka, & Monastiraki area only 5 metro stations away. (Historical attractions) National archaeological museum: easy access with direct bus line from the bus stop 50 meters away from the apartment. National gallery: 10 minutes away (bus) or 3 metro stations away. Athens music hall: 7 minutes away (bus) or 2 metro stations away. Easy Access from the airport: Bus 3.20 euro, Metro 6 euro, Pick up service 45 euro. Supermarkets, groceries, bakeries, banks, shops, restaurants next to the apartment. Nice area with many bars, and many traditional taverns only 7-8 minutes walk or 1 bus stop away. Weekly ticket for metro & bus & tram is only 10 euro per person. (Do not include airport access) Town: Greece, Athens Greece, AthensAthens is a major city.
