Description of objectThis is a Holiday apartment in Arbanija on island Ciovo, a seaside resort located 4 km from town Trogir (connected by a bridge). The apartment is situated just 20 meters from the beach. It is 120 meter square in size, spacious and bright, recently refurbished throughout.
Beside 3 bedrooms (2 doubles & 1 single), this holiday home is fully equipped with new luxury furnishing, air-conditioning, LCD sat TV, refrigerator, cooker, microwave, toaster and electric boiler (kettle). The apartment has a very big sitting room, large kitchen, balcony (with a lovely sea view for moments of relaxation), veranda and a bathroom with a bath tub. There are also 2 gardens, one on the back with a barbicue and one in the front of the house. Private off street parking is available.

Location of objectThe house is situated in Arbanija which is small and harmonious holiday village (500 inhabitants). It is situated on the northern side of Ciovo, 4 km from the city center. It is located southwest of Trogir and Mastrinka of Ciovo, and northeast of Slatine. The Arbania Area is known for its beautiful beaches, the forest covered coast and many small bays.
This settlement is an ideal place for those who prefer a quiet family holiday, away from noise and tourist crowds. There are a couple of restaurants, several cafes, shops and supermarkets nearby. For those looking for nightlife and entertainment the nearness of Trogir, Split, Kastela and Primosten guarantees a good fun.
