In the evening you can walk to the bars and restaurants in the bustling Old Town or visit the 'Strip' with its clubs and lively nightlife. The new Marina is close by. Other facilities include golf, watersports, boat trips, aquaparks and zoos, and there are many attractive villages to explore in the hills behind Albufeira.
Albufeira is centrally located in the Algarve and is therefore an ideal base from which to explore the whole area from Cape St. Vincent in the far south-west to the Spanish border in the east. This is a destination which has something for everyone.
