Description of objectThis two bedroomed, beautifully furnished and air-conditioned apartment is ideally located close to the centre of Albufeira. Situated in a secure gated complex, it enjoys the benefits of communal swimming pools and landscaped gardens.
The bedrooms and lounge/dining area have patio doors leading out onto a large balcony. This balcony overlooks the swimming pool and separate children’s pool. It has a dining table seating six people.
Underground parking is available in the basement although a car is not a necessity.

The town itself consists of the old and new. The old charm is to be found in the labyrinth of narrow streets, lined with whitewashed houses, apartments, cafes and shops which lead down the hillside to a central square, a good place to sit and watch the world go by.
The New Albufeira is on the east side. Its most famous thoroughfare is affectionately known as “the strip”. It stretches from The Montechoro Hotel, past cafes, restaurants and bars, all the way down to the beautiful sandy beach of Praia de Oura.
Situated in central Algarve, Albufeira is within easy reach of all the major tourist attractions.
