Description of objectA new big apartment only 300 mt. from the beach; composed of 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Very comfortable for 4 to 6 people.
An ideal place to spend time on the beach (known as the silver beach due to its sand) or to make a trip in the mountains. 60 mins in the car from Gran Sasso (the highest mountain of the Appenines) and two national parks: Monti della Laga National Park and the National Park of Abruzzo. Close to Civitella (famous for its fortress), Atri (with the 13th century Duomo - the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta) and Ascoli Piceno (its central Renaissance square, Piazza del Popolo ('Square of the People') is considered one of the most beautiful in Italy). It’s only 5 km from Aqua park “Onda Blu” (“Blue Wave”).
