The apartment has a spacious lounge, open plan dining area, with local craftsman made, comfortable furnishings and fittings, real paintings on the walls, widescreen television D.V.D and music supplied by its 4 satellite powered receiver, at least 10 channels of English movies, run 24 hours, plus English/French news channels, like SKY, BBC, CNN Euro news, Al Jazeera, plus sport channels. A powerful 20.000 B.T.U.S air conditioner/heater de -Humidifier unit will quickly adjust conditions with-in the entire apartment at the press of a remote control unit. The kitchen is fully fitted European style with full size gas cooker, with hood extraction. Large frost free fridge/freezer, microwave/ grill oven, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, full cutlery for 6 persons, vegetable and food storage, with a personal safe to store valuables in. On the balcony is a double grill gas barbeque, great for grilling, ready in 5 minutes. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with overhead fans for additional control of temperature, full sized wardrobes, drawer units, bedside lighting and window blinds, should you wish to slip away for an afternoon siesta. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double bunk beds; these are full size and will sleep adults too. It has a powerful hot water system that will see the whole family bathed and fresh again, ready for a night out together. Shops for everyday items are immediately below the apartment where fresh bread, milk and vegetables are available, until ten at night. The building has a communal roof terrace a good spot for an evening beer. You can see the lower Atlas Mountains from here, with good views of Agadir and the ocean. Transport in Agadir is not a problem. Day and night petit taxis (little Peugeot 205), roam the streets in search of fares. They have meters, by law, that start at 10p and will take you anywhere for small change. For more adventures outings grand taxis (Mercedes 240) will take you on longer excursions or even Marrakech or a top the Atlas Mountains. These taxis will hold up to 6, but they have no meters so a fare must be agreed, before you go.
