You can sunbathe, swim and relax in the South Beaches of Athens, which are considered to be the best and the cleanest. There are two Double bedrooms and one smaller, two bathrooms, a large living & dining room with a big fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Full heating and air-conditioning and wooden floors. Cd Player, computer, satelite TV, washing & drying maschine, dish washer are available. There are 2 big balconies(60 sqm each) where you can sit & dine having a nice Sea and mountain view, relax, enjoy the sun or make barbeques. There is no plant care since i have automatic watering installed. The Neighborhood My house is located in Glyfada area, near the Beaches(10 min drive)and only 15 Km from the center of Athens. Glyfada is an area located to the south suburbs of Athens, near the Beaches. The property is very close to Glyfada shopping centre, which is one of the best in Athens. It is only 10 minutes from the beautiful attica beaches:Glyfada, Voula and Vouliagmeni Beaches. You can also go surfing at Anavyssos beach or visit the breathtaking temple of Poseidon at Sounio (40 min drive). The beaches are fully organized with all the amenities. There is also the biggest golf course of Athens only 5-10 min drive.
