Description of objectOur modern, friendly 3-room-holiday-flat (76 m²)in Agadir/Morocco is applicable for 4 persons (5 at most);family-orientated.The flats in the building are privately owned.3rd floor, elevator. Price per day: from 40 Euro (high seasons slightly higher; please contact us for details). Included: (warm) water, 1 bottle of buta-gas, electricity. If you book for at least 2 weeks the final cleaning will be included, too. (Otherwise 20,- Euro extra for final cleaning). We usually do not rent for less than a full week. No advance payment necessary! The amount for your whole stay (in European currency, preferably Euro)will have to be paid upon your arrival in the apartment, when you will also receive the keys. If you wish, we can pick you up at the airport. Price per transfer (max. 3 persons): 20,- Euro The house is situated not far from the city and the beach (appr.10 min. by foot to the center, 20 min, by foot to the beach; alternatively you can use a 'petit taxi'; very cheap fares! To beach: around 10-12 dirhams= 1 Euro). (Our house is situated close to Ave. F.A.R, parallel to it, in second row, therefore quiet.) Our apartment is central, but quiet! Clean! We offer a fair price and good service. The apartment has no own terrace or balcony, only 2 mini-balconies. But on the roof top (floor 5) there is a terrace available that can be used freely by the occupants (bring your own chairs). One floor further up you will also find a separate place for drying your laundry. Location of objectCentral, but quiet!Town: Morocco, Südl. Marokko, Souss Region, AGADIRAgadir is the place to be: mild, moderate climate all year round.Around 350 days of sunshine/year. In summer not too hot, very pleasant.Unlimited beach activities; lovely beaches not only in Agadir, but also further north (20-25 km). Bus services with new, modern busses to all places available, cheap fares (!) ; take for instance bus to TAGHAZOUT (very interesting village, 20 km north of Agadir! Good beach!) Also good beaches in AGROUD, 25 km; take to destination TAMRI) Bus stop recommeded: Avenue Hassan II, opposite Hotel 'ANZI'. Destinations displayed on the busses. Excursions recommended to: Immouzer, Marrakech,Tafraout,Taroudant, Goulimine...
