Description of objectThe "Franchina" Cottages are two gracious little houses, made out of dry stone,called"trullo" or"pajara" but different from the alberobello trullo .The two houses contain three small apartments.
The left house (looking the foto)is divided in two aptms,(named MARE VERDE and MARE AZZURRO) with 2 bedrooms,livingroom-kitchen,bathroom and verandas in front of the sea as you can see in the beside foto.In these aptms you can have an extra bed.
The right house,MARE BLU, has only one bedroom but is more usefull with a bigger kitchen,bigger living room with fireplace and a splendid veranda as you can see in the beside foto.In the livingroom there is a divan-bed for two
The rustic garden,located on a terraced down hill that reaches a pristine reef,is filled with secular olive trees, holm-oaks and mediterranean plants.It's equipped with an outdoor barbecues,pizza-oven and hammocks, offering to the guests splendid shady corners to relax.The terraces are equipped with sun-beds.The sea below, visible from the covered verandas where one may spend a comfortable portion of the day, is crystal clear
Location of objectThe'Franchina'cottages are placed between Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca,in the locality of Novaglie near Tricase porto,in a charming position a few meters from the sea.The coast is rocky but the sea is easily accessed.
