Description of objectLarge pool, spacious garden, 5 min from the best beaches.Two twin unique summer houses ideal for families and for romantic getaways. Rent individually or together. Each sleep from 2 to 4 people. Recently refurbished in a traditional Mallorcan style, the apartments offer all amenities and guarantee a peaceful, comfortable and unforgettable holiday. If you are looking for a place where you can enjoy rural Mallorca, visit the best and most stunning beaches of the southern coast and still be just a short drive from night-life, golf courses and other tourist attractions, this is the place for you! The two properties are almost identical except that one has a king size bed in the master bedroom while the other two large twin beds. Each property has one large master bedroom with en suite bathroom, large living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette. Outside table and sunbeds, large pool, garden, parking space and laundry room. Satellite TV, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, air conditioning, washing machine, stereo, Small pets allowed on request. Baby cot available. Each house has a maximum capacity of 2 adults + 2 children OR 3 adults. Pool and garden are shared by the two houses. If rented together the pool becomes private. Location of objectThe cottages are located in an ancient 'aldea' meaning small country village. They face the pool and the country side and are surrounded by a large fig tree garden.The area is very quiet even though it is only 500 metres away from the main road that leads to Campos and to all the great beaches. The perfect compromise between a peace and comfort! Town: Spain, South, camposThe properties are located between Campos, a small typical Mallorcan town, and Es Trenc, the most beautiful beach of the entire Southern coast. Wonderful for bicycle lovers. Within a 5 min drive you have: -Campos, with supermarkets, general stores, 24 hour doctor, restaurants and bars, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool. -Es Trenc beach and Ses Covetes beach, which offer sunbeds and umbrellas for rent but if you're willing to take a short walk you can always find a peaceful corner all for yourself.
