Description of objectThe only real big Finca-Chalet for holiday rent in Palma-surrounding. We are able to offer you as quiet alter-native in the country with style and character of a Mallorca Finca-Chalet the whole estate, which is only 10 minutes away from the provincial capital Palma (6 km northwest).The characterful house is for 20 persons in 9 double bedrooms, we have a private pool, four bathrooms, big gardens and a very nice patio. The main-house and outbuildings have a total expanse of 450 sqm, approximately 3000 sqm property-expanse. There are 9 bedrooms for 20 persons, 4 baths, a living room with open chimney and extensive Majorca-library, a great, perfectly equipped kitchen, a big pantry with three cooler and refrigerators, shelves and storage areas, two gardens with camp fire-place, hammocks to relax, a big pool (11 m length x 6 m width x 2,40 m depth), with baby-pool, trampoline, children slope, garden-furniture, many comfortable sun-bath-day-beds, sun umbrellas, solar-shower with hot water. The life takes place in the kitchen or in the roofed, romantic guest-garden of the inner courtyard with torches, candles, (BBQ-Grill and Paella cooking ware available), and many garden-furniture. Parking places in the inner courtyard for up to 10 cars, the entire estate is enclosed (absolutely children-safe!). For the children there are lots of toys, swinger etc, TV, german SAT-channels, Spanish TV, mini-safe, DVD and CD-Player, WLAN-WIFI-Internet and free phone in your home country! The spacious living room in Penthouse style with fire place, comfortable TV-corner and large dining area are waiting for you. The very well-kept house comprises of 7 different furnished bedrooms (queen and king size) with 4 bathrooms. All our rooms have air conditioning, central heating, curtains, roll downs and are anti allergical. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, two big fridges, one freezer, pantry and dining areas for 17 persons. All the rooms of the villa could be shaded by the roller. You have the possibility to use with your laptop the WLAN-WIFI free access to internet or a modem and unlimited phones called to all European country through our VoIP pages. We are prepared for baby and children visit and even dogs or cats very well. In the pool area we have many children games and toys for entertainment for free. The finca-chalet can be rented also by small groups up to 6 persons with a limited number of sleeping rooms for the half price (!!!!). Location of objectExcursions:Majorca, the island of thousand faces, has established itself as one of the most popular vacation destination worldwide. The mild climate and many possibilities during all the year bring an impressive 12 million visitors from various countries to the Balearic Island. Sun, beach, various activities, culture, excursions, shopping and nightlife - in Majorca, everything is possible. The most impressive and imposing building in Palma is the gigantic cathedral. It is situated in the Old town in the modern park Parc de la Mar. Near to the cathedral you will find the second most important buildings of Palma, the Almudaina palace. Palma's Old town with its see sights, small romantic streets and with a Mediterranean ambience will fascinate you. Various fish restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, bars, boutiques, galleries and museum of famous artists attract not only the tourists but also the local habitants. Very famous is the romantic mountain villages of Valldemossa, where the composer Frederic Chopin and George Sand lived for one while, the artistic Fornalutx, which has been considered as the most beautiful village in Spain, or the artists' village of Deia. The historic train of the 18th century brings you from Palma to Soller on the old route during you will be fascinated by the landscape. The Autobahn interchange and the largest supermarket 'Alcampo' located in 3 km and the shopping city 'Festival Park' is located only 5 KM from you.You are in 10 minutes with the car in the Centre of Palma, which is 6 km away. It Garrovers is located about 6 km northwest of Palma and is a pure residential area with villas, Fincas, chalets and private houses. In a few minutes, it is on the highway and has free travel in all directions of the island, for example on the beach of Cap de Formentor in the North of the island from there. Due to the proximity to Palma, you can be in a few minutes in the middle of the action and participate in all cultural and tourist activities in Palma and the sea. It is with the car on the beach in 10 minutes. The location of the House is in a quiet residential area, where mostly locals live. There are no hotels, loud discos and pubs in the vicinity. Our reputable business partner, the HomeAway Group Inc., insures all guest payments up to 4000 Euros against fraude. So you have no financial risk. For further details you can contact us, we make the insurance for all our guests automatically. For groups up to 6 people, we provide during the low season or a special discount of 50% and during the mid and the high season 30% discount on the normal rental prices (limited number of persons and bed-rooms!). These bookings must be paid in advance at the total amount because of the very high discount. You pay us nothing extra for operating costs of the house, pool or garden! Extra costs such as electricity, gas, water, pool maintenance, air-conditioning, central heating and a weekly change of bed linen and towels are in our system fairly included in the rental price. For free use is a wireless WiFi-WLAN internet or a modem and unlimited calls to all landline phones of all European countries via our VoIP-homepage. You have to use your own laptop with that system. We will only charge for the final cleaning 300 Euros. The absolute unique and best you can make is to insure all your group members with the 'holiday house damage liability insurance”, then you pay only 500 Euros security deposit when taking over the house in-stead of 1000 Euros. This insurance of Lloyds costs only 10 Euros per person and is highly recommended, because any damages would be covered. We manage all for you, you have no paperwork with that at all. You pay the insurance fee directly to us and we include this in our booking confirmation. The security deposit will be refunded after the return of the house and after a proper cleaning and inspection by the landlord or his keyholder within max. four weeks by bank. |
