Description of objectOur chalet, which caters for four, is double-glazed, well equipped, and has been recently redecorated so as to offer a high standard of accommodation to our visitors. It comprises of:Bedroom 1: with double bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps, electric convector heater and hair dryer. Bedroom 2: with full-sized pine bunk beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lamp and electric convector heater. Bathroom: with wash basin, toilet, full-sized bath and electric shower over. Open-plan living/kitchen area: the kitchen is newly fitted and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and usual kitchen utensils. The living area consists of dining table and chairs, sofa, 19" LCD digital television with built-in DVD player. Bed linen, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, folding garden chairs and buckets and spades are also provided. There is a launderette on-site and a rotary clothes line is located on the grass behind the chalet. Electricity is provided via a £1 coin operated meter. The well established, secluded site is made up of purpose built, single-storey, terraced, self-catering chalets all of which face on to a safe grassed area, thus making the site ideal for families or those just seeking a little peace and quiet. Town: Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Sandown, Isle of Wight, SandownSandown is a popular seaside resort and boasts Isle of Wight Zoo, Brown's Golf Course and Sandham Gardens which are approximately 10 minutes walking distance west of the park. Sandown's centre, with its pier and selection of shops and restaurants, is about a further 5-10 minute walk along the promenade.For lovers of walking, Culver Down - with its monument, cafe and pub - can be reached eastwards along the coastal path.
