All the comforts of home.
The distance from our newly built apartments to the ski-slope is about 100 metred long.
You walk just a few minutes to the center of Flachau. The toboggan run and cross country trails are within walking distance to the apartements.
The „Berghof“ is decorated traditionall and gives you the feeling of an old farmhouse.
The wood arrangements and special accessories give the Chalets an unique charm.
They have a big living space with a built-in kitchen and you can relax at the comfortable dinette or sit by the fireside. The living room has a large dinning-table and a seating area that allows everyone to gather together. Downstairs is the sleeping area which will charm you with it’s many details.
There is a great panoramic view of the mountains and Flachau from the balcony. Both of the Chalets have 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms a infrared sauna and one seperated toilet. Each has radio, satilette TV and wireless internet connection.
Each house has floor heating, a shoe dryer, dishwasher, bedsheets, dish + bath towels and wood for the fireplace.
Chalet Almrose (92m²\ 990 sq. ft. ) for 8 person + sofa bed in the living area
Chalet Edelweiss (100m²\ 1076 sq. ft. ) for 10 person
Summer is also the perfect time to visit us. The Chalets are surrounded by fields of wildflowers. Access to hiking and mountain biking are right out the front door. There are several lakes nearby to swim and cool off.

Journey to Berghof- Chalet Flachau:
You drive on the A10. In Flachau (Exit 66) turn to the roundabout ahead. At the roundabout take the third exit and follow the road. You are now on the Flachauerstraße. After 2km turn right at Griessenkarweg and drive along this road. At the end of the first curve, the Berghof- Chalets are on the left side to see.
