From the hous you direcktly can walk into the hills in the direktion to Appenzellerland. The Mountain Säntis is about 20 minutes by car away.

Ebnat-Kappel is close to the skiingarea of Krummenau, Alt St Johann and Wildhaus. Walking near to the river Thur or in the Mountains Kurfirsten.
