The apartments are located in an excellent surrounding, the fishermans quarter of the city EL CABAŃAL and the importante beach of the Malvarrosa both area totally kept and maintain under excellent conditions specially now that Valencia is Home of the American Cup. The area is a beautiful place tu live the Spanish traditions and flavour.
