Description of objectA fully furnished 3 bedroom house with ensuite bathrooms featuring all mod cons conveniently located close to Galle - Wackwella Rd and 7km from historical city of Galle, Sri Lanka. It is beautifully located with a spacious garden surrounded by 3.5 acres of coconut plantation. The bungalow consists of 2 spacious living rooms, dining room, patio, kitchen and servants quarters. There are 2 single beds per room with a wardrobe and dressing table. Kitchen consists of fridge freezer, rice cooker, gas cooker and pots and pans and utensils. First living room consists of TV, armchair, 2 + 3 seater sofa's. The bungalow comes with washing machine, curtains, bed linen and towels. A reliable and trustworthy care taker is onsite.
It is ideal for an eco-tourist as the bungalow is a 5 minute drive from 'Gin Ganga' (River), which is ideal for birdwatching. The bungalow is situated on a hillock offering beautiful scenery and lots of privacy. It is also a 20 minute drive from popular beach resorts like Hikkaduwa and Unawatuna. A 15 minute drive will take you to the historic Dutch fort known as Galle Fort with it's beautiful scenery, architecture and international cricket stadium.
There's a large garden with a pond and beautiful plants of botanical interest. A cook can be arranged if required.
