Description of objectCapacity: up to 17 peopleThe house has 3 suites distributed on the 1st floor in a hallway to the living room with balcony and windows overlooking the pool, all rooms have a terrace. On the ground floor the living room has direct access to garden and pool, there is a space dining table for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen with laundry. On this floor there are two suites and outdoor access made by a hall. In the basement that was once only an 8 car garage, has now two suites with two single beds but no direct light but with windows to the game room with table tennis and table football. Description 4 suites with double beds, two suites with two single beds and 1 suite with a trundle bed.3 of the bedrooms allow 3 more people in extra bed or sofa bed. Some rooms with TV. 5 bathrooms with bath, 2 with shower and 1 WC. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine (with filters), juicer, blender, American fridge, freezer, ironing board and iron, gas stove and electric oven. Living room with fireplace, game table, cable TV and dining area for 8 people. Access to an outdoor patio with dining table for 20 people. Barbecue. Private enclosed pool. The company that owns this complex is extremely environmentally conscious and has made every effort is being made to protect nature within its continued planned development. Due to the size of the resort area it offers the visitor nearly every form of sport and entertainment. Within the centre of Vilamoura there is a preserved Roman Site and Museum of Cerro da Vila providing an interesting glimpse into the past of the area. In Roman times this location was important in producing a fish paste known as \'garum\'. The ruins also include the baths in which the mariners used to bathe. As a location specifically designed for tourism it has proved to be a very successful holiday destination for all ages due to the variety of facilities that it provides holidaymakers.
