Comfortable single or twin sharing rooms with a friendly Belgian/Maltese family in Malta.
Rooms may be reserved on bed and breakfast, half board or self-catering basis.
A kitchenette is available for our self-catering guests.
We are located within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the University of Malta and Mater Dei hospital making our home an ideal base for exchange University students and interns of Mater Dei hospital.

Our rooms which are all well decorated and furnished with 2 beds, wardrobe and desk. A wifi internet connection is available in all rooms at a nominal fee.
A large sun terrace is also on the same floor as the rooms we offer.

San Gwann is a central little town situated 2km away from the busy towns of Sliema and St. Julians.
San Gwann is served by 3 direct bus lines 2 of which go directly to Valletta and one which goes to St. Julians and Sliema in one direction and to the old capital Mdina in the other direction.
There is also a bus terminus down the road next to the University of Malta and Mater Dei Hospital with buses going to several destinations in Malta.
