Description of objectCasa Branca is a private large villa set in magnificent grounds of lawns, rockeries, tropical trees, plants, orchards etc, with a heated/lit skyline Jaccuzi, pool, two barbeques, six ornate terraces. The villa has three large bedrooms, Master ensuite, the room has a built in corridor of wardrobes and a safe, laundry room, all leading onto the swimming pool terrace. There is a large lounge with bar, dining room (both have Moorish domed ceilings. Guest WC, large kitchen, rooms lead onto Jaccuzi terraces. There is air conditioning, satellite tv, broadband computer connection, solar heating and mains for water, country/castle views and a distant sea view. The villa is furnished in very expensive stylish Italian hand painted furniture. Our villa is luxurious. There are three sets of imposing gates, two automatic, ample parking. Childrens play area with trampolene.
Location of objectOur villa is situated in an elevated position overlooking Paderne castle and the hills around. We are located one mile away from the village of Paderne, forty minute drive from the airport, and fifteen minute drive from the beaches in Albufeira, 20 minutes drive to Vilamoura beaches and golf.
Town: Portugal, Albufeira, PaderneThe main town of Albufeira is a fifteen minute drive away from the villa, whre there are numerous beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. There is the new Marina where you can go on boat rips or lunch/dine in style. The Strip in Albufeira is a busy bustling area of shops and restaurants. The village of Paderne which is a two minute drive away is a very quaint, pretty village with several superb tranditional and modern restaurants and bars, gift shop, hairdressers, postoffice, bank, corner shops, and coffee shops, historical church, medical centre. Just through the village takes you to many country side walks which are ideal for hiking, barbeques and generally enjoying beautiful countryside where a river flows, and has waterfalls.
