Description of objectApartments in Marina di Ragusa in the Land of Montalbano, hilly, panoramic and quiet at 800 meters from the beaches and the resort center of Marina di Ragusa. Availability of various housing units in a villa with variety of beds (2 to 6 people), kitchen and bathroom, spacious verandahs for outdoor living. Ideal location to visit the south-eastern Sicily. Our Holiday Home can be booked only for 2 or more nights all year, from 1 July to 31 August only weekly, from Saturday to Saturday
Location of objectThe week starts at 4 PM on Saturday and ends at 11 AM on the following Saturday.
The reservation will be made by paying 30% of the amount as a deposit and sending a copy of the bank transfer and of the identity document of one of the guests by fax (+39 366 3137631) or by email (villagiovanniragusa@gmail.com).
At the moment of arrival a joint report will be filled in to certify the conditions of the apartment and its fittings, checking that everything is to your satisfaction. If the result is positive, you will be asked to pay the amount as well as a guarantee deposit of ¤100.
The guarantee deposit will be returned to you after joint inspection of the conditions of the apartment.
Town: Italy, Marina di Ragusa, Marina di RagusaVilla Giovanni Holiday Houses are in the “baroque” heart of the Val di Noto, part of the Unesco World Heritage List. You can easily reach Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica, Noto and all the other locations of the “Commissario Montalbano” TV series.
It\\\\\\\'s also possible to go on an excursion to the mount Etna (135 km), to the “Valle dei Templi” in Agrigento (139 km), and you can also reach easily Siracusa (106 km) and Taormina (182 Km), both famous for their beautifull Greek theatres. The Port of Pozzallo is not far (32 km), and it has many links with Malta by ferries.
