The Residence is set in a sunny position leading onto the nursery slope,ski lift and ski school.The more challenging runs are only 80 mt away and can be reached on skis. The complex is ideal for a fun-filled skiing or snow boarding holiday(it has access to 120 km of slopes linked by 48 ski lifts) or for a relaxing week with the family. An excellent base from which to plan leisurely walks, nature treks and mushroom hunting excursions, the Residence is set in a sunny position overlooking a small children's playground and only 200 mt from the local amenities (shops supermarket, chemist and church). Its beautiful views and enviable position make it an ideal location for walking, hiking and mountain biking in a very peaceful setting.

Every morning you draw the curtains to see everything covered in white, open the door and you are already on one of the many ski slopes. Just put on your skis and go!
Over 140 kilometres of ski slopes, with interconnecting runs to many other places, also to the snow of Folgarida and Madonna di Campiglio, without having to take off your skis! You can also have a great time too with snowboarding. There are selected instructors for both ski- or snowboard.
