Description of objectA complex of four privately owned apartments, Jasmine Archs is located on the ground floor surrounded by a spacious patio completely fenced to provide for your security and privacy. A pergola provides shade at all times of the day where you can sit, relax and enjoy the warm breeze from the sea nearby. A hibiscus and lemon tree also provide not only shade but colour and fragrance to your evenings. It is a short walk to the local supermarkets,restaurants,pubs and the beach. The nearest beach is sandy and very safe for young swimmers. There is a snack bar, beach playground and rental umbrellas and lounge chairs for your convenience.This ground floor apartment consists of a large living room with a TV,dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room and a bathroom with a bath/shower. There is a fold down bed in the livingroom so as to provide accommodation for up to 5 persons. There is plenty of drawer and wardrobe space in each bedroom. There are new airconditioning/central heating units in both bedrooms as well as the living room. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, electric hob and oven as well as a washing machine. There is a shower outside for you to rinse off after a day at the beach.
Location of objectIt is a short walk to the local supermarkets,restaurants,pubs and the beach. The nearest beach is sandy and very safe for young swimmers. There is a snack bar, beach playground and rental umbrellas and lounge chairs at the CTO Beach and bowling and many resturants and pubs within walking distance.
Town: Cyprus, Pyla-Dekelia Road, LarnacaNearby there are facilities to rent jet skis and windsurfers and for the more adventuresome waterskiing and paragliding. You may want to visit the local Bowling Centre which is only a 10 minute walk away where you will find a cafe, 2 floors of bowling, pool tables and a childrens play area. There are many restaurants in the vicinity catering to everyone\\\\\\\'s taste including the local Cypriot cuisine, Chinese, Indian, Mexican and British. There are also a number of night clubs close by. In downtown Larnaca you can find shops to meet all your needs. Next to the marina is a lovely promenade lined with palm trees where you can stroll and stop at one of the numerous cafes. For the children there is even a McDonalds KFC and Pizza Hut. Other family activities include visits to the Paleontology Museum, Go Karts and the Camel Park in nearby Mazatos where you can enjoy a camel ride!
A 20 minute car ride from the apartment takes you to the exciting town of Ayia Napa where you can find a large variety of restaurants and night clubs. The sea is crystal blue in colour and as well as the many watersports available you can also scubadive. In Ayia Napa you can find Europes largest theme waterpark, \\\\\\\'Waterworld\\\\\\\'. This award winning park consists of 21 thrilling rides and attractions....not to be missed!

Air-Conditioning: the cost of any air-conditioning is included in the price. Under no circumstances must the units be left on continuously while the property is not occupied.

Check-in Check- out times. All properties will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival to allow time for cleaning and servicing. All properties should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure
